The Rutgers Center for Management Development (CMD) is one of the leading university-affiliated training organizations in the country. CMD offers non-credit professional education, which is based on contemporary developments and research in various fields of management and leadership. The center features programs in the areas of leadership & supervisory skills, human resources, finance, procurement, and the popular Business Essentials Certificate Program.
