School of Pharmacy Professional Programs
Individuals in the pharmaceutical industry, practicing pharmacists, and health care providers can update professional skills, access current research developments and meet the requirements for continuation of license through School of Pharmacy programming. Courses, seminars, and conferences are provided on such subject areas as pharmacology, pharmacotherapeutics, pharmacoeconomics, computer applications, and drug development processes in the pharmaceutical industry. Home study courses offer an additional educational option to practicing pharmacists. Recent therapeutic developments are presented in programs on diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, AIDS, and other disease states.
