The Rutgers University Bookstore is located at One Penn Plaza (across from the train station in Downtown New Brunswick). Required and recommended textbooks are sold for summer courses taught on the Busch and College Avenue Campuses, with used books available at a 25 percent discount. For courses offered on the Livingston and Douglass/Cook Campuses, books can be purchased at their respective bookstores. The bookstore will buy your used textbooks provided that they are current editions and are suitable for resale. The bookstore also stocks general reading books, reference books, school supplies, calculators, gift items, clothing, greeting cards, candy, and many other items.

You can access our store’s web page through rutgers.bncollege.com. Once at the home page, click the textbooks link in the red bar at the top of your screen. Then choose "Summer Session" (to be sure you are ordering the correct titles) and select your department, course, and section numbers.  When done, click the button to the right to view the textbook list for your course and to select titles for purchase.
